Toasted FS bread roll with nutlex, fresh cooked chicken and spring onions, spread with
Afternoon tea:
Gluten free carob roll from Friendly Foods cookbook
Dinner:
Cubed boiled potatoes with spring onion, garlic, chives.
Bbq lamb chops
Pretty sure the boys all had a pear each somewhere in there too!
